Security and Registration Information

Information on this page is specific to MCOs and RSNs.  If you are not one of these types of providers, please return to our Registration page.  Your registration activities may be different based on how you bill DSHS.

Managed Care Organizations and Regional Support Networks do not need to register in ProviderOne.  This registration was done on your behalf by DSHS staff.

We are ready to begin testing with you.  You will need to set up secure access for your staff who will use ProviderOne after it is implemented. Your staff who have access to ProviderOne will be able to research client eligibility, review reports showing your 834 and 820 information, and other functionality.

In general, follow the checklist on our security page for providers (link provided below).  However, MCO and RSN employees should only use the following staff profiles for accessing ProviderOne:

EXT Provider System Administrator
(changes passwords and maintains all users for ProviderOne ID)

EXT Provider Managed Care Only
(all access available to MCO and RSNs)

EXT Provider Eligibility Checker
(access to verify eligibility only)

EXT Provider Upload and Download Files

To set up secure access:

Security Administrator obtains log on and password

WHO:  Your staff you designate as your ProviderOne Security Administrator.  This person will set up additional staff access to ProviderOne and manage their access to ProviderOne for your organization.  Visit the page below for a security checklist to guide you through obtaining security credentials and setting up users in ProviderOne.

Please visit our Managed Care Organizations and Regional Support Networks page for more detailed ProviderOne readiness information.
