Making Medicaid Easy (Tutorial)

Medicaid client information: Questions about Medicaid's dental coverage are best directed to your own family dentist. However, when that is not practical, clients with questions, complaints or problems are welcome to call the Medical Assistance Customer Service Center at 1-800-562-3022.  Provider questions can be directed to the same number.

New for ProviderOne Stakeholders

It is important that the final announced go live date be as accurate as possible.

  • To ensure accuracy in the final go live date, ProviderOne needs to complete the following:

    • Complete the current phase of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address system modifications identified during UAT. These system modifications are necessary prior to the pre-production or pilot testing phase with providers.

  • DSHS anticipates announcing the final go live date later this spring with periodic updates prior to implementation to keep all parties informed of progress.

  • In the meantime and for planning purposes, stakeholders should work toward a go live date in late summer or early fall.

  • DSHS is also resolving some data conversion issues and addressing provider concerns related to the registration process. As a result, Provider Registration activities are on hold until approximately mid-to-late March.
